my productions are heavily influenced by tv shows, video games and overall internet pop culture.I'm best known for my original series of Lyrical Adaptations and Remixes, created in 2015, which gave birth to a whole new genre of musical content related to video games on YouTube, inspiring other artists and allowing me to work in collaboration with many talented creators.

By commissioning Khamydrian, you agree to read and abide by the terms on this page.
^{Note that these terms are subject to change.}

•I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.•The commissioner is expected to provide everything necessary for their commission upfront, whether that be descriptions, demo tracks, films, etc.•Commission rates are subject to change at any moment.
^{(Prices may be affected by financial crisis or matters of urgence due to personal life issues)}•All prices will be discussed in USD, payments are required up front, and must be sent via PayPal.
^{(Alternative forms of payment, such as Gift Cards, Discord Nitro, etc, are NOT accepted)}•Turnaround times may vary according to the length and complexity of a commission.
^{(Composing, Writing, Mixing and Mastering may take up to 30~60 days depending on the current amount of open slots and requests)}•Commissions with set deadlines receive a higher priority.
^{(Turnaround times may vary according to the amount of ongoing projects and taken slots If no deadline is provided by the commissioner)}•The commissioner is expected to let me know if changes are needed sooner rather than later.
•Drafts and updates will be provided at the conclusion of every major step.
^{(If communicating through discord or telegram, mp3 files will be sent as preview material)}•Once work has started, payments are non-refundable.
^{(If the commissioner is in a queue before a payment was made, they may forfeit their slot before work begins)}

Cancellation Terms

• If a client cuts off all means of communication without prior notice for a period of up to 3 months, I reserve the right to consider the commission canceled.• If a given project that has already made significant progress gets canceled due to lack of communication, there will be no refunds.^{(Canceled project files will be permanently deleted to make room for new clients and cannot be recovered.)}

Usage Terms

•DO NOT use work-in-progress material and previews before work is finished.
^{(WIP material is subject to change and, therefore, noticeably different from the final product.)}•When using my work in any type of content, credit must be provided back to my YouTube, Twitter or Website in a reasonably visible way.•The commissioner may use completed work in videos and live content, however, I retain full rights and ownership over the produced material. That includes the right to upload
the finished piece to my profiles and portfolio (Twitter, SoundCloud, YouTube, Etc.), commercially or non-commercially, for showcasing purposes.•If the commissioner wants to distribute finished pieces to music platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, etc.), please contact me for discussing crediting options.•The commissioner may NOT upload the finished work for the sole purpose of commercial use, it must be used alongside original content if monetized.Any attempts at a fraudulent chargeback will be met with the following actions:
•Total loss of any and all rights to the commissioned material.
•Permanent blacklisting, forbidding any form of future work.

•Small-Scale Projects refer to any type of media or product (Film, Animation, Game) being produced by a single person or a small group of people
with no direct financial backing.•Medium-Scale Projects refer to teams that receive any form of financial support directed at the development of their project through any of the
main crowdfunding platforms such as Kickstarter, Indiegogo, Patreon or Ko-fi.•Large-Scale Commercial Projects refer to any stablished teams or companies that actively generate revenue from released projects and doesn't
rely on public financial backing or crowd funding platforms to manage, develop or sustain their activities.Who are your services mostly aimed at?
•My services are available to anyone in need of music production or audio editing in general, regardless of which platform the final product will be uploaded to.
My most frequent clients are singers and content creators who upload videos to YouTube or stream their content on websites such as Twitch, but I also provide
music and audio editing for podcasts as well.Do you provide music for anything other than videos and livestreams?
•Yes, my music production services are not exclusively limited to content creators, I also compose music for things such as:
-Dungeons and Dragons Campaigns or characters
-Theme songs for Original Characters and Fursonas
-Custom Instrumental tracks for rhythm based games (Beatsaber, FNF, Stepmania, Osu!)Do you also provide singing and voice acting services?
•While that is not my main area of expertise, I do provide such services if a client believes that my voice matches what they
have in mind for their particular projects.Are you okay with working on projects directed to adult entertainment or contain sexual themes?
•Yes, I have no problem with providing my services to adult themed projects, however, in such cases, the crediting details
and the usage of my name or image must be discussed before any work begins.
